For this restoration Formwerks retained, renovated and converted this existing single-family character home into 3 units. The house was relocated towards the street creating space at the rear for a one-unit infill home.

The existing exterior façade, roof form, wood sash windows with muntin bars, and stucco finish of the character home were retained. New construction was detailed and installed to match the original character house.

A brick paved pathway accompanied by shade loving evergreen plants connects front and rear units.
