The project consists of 49 townhomes offering a variety of one, two, and three bedroom units. As construction progresses, we are thrilled to witness the emergence of the west coast contemporary architectural style that defines this project.

The Logan House, a heritage building in the Dunbar

The Logan House, a heritage building in the Dunbar area, was relocated and revived while preserving its memorable character. As a result, three units were established within this significant structure. Four additional single-family residences were designed to complement the house creating a concise collection of homes. ⁠

This proposed new church facility features ecclesiastical spaces and support functions in separate two-storey wings elegantly connected by an enclosed glazed bridge. Our mandate was to avoid an institutional feeling and to design a building nestled into the landscape which harmoniously integrates with the residential neighbourhood that surrounds it. ⁠
