Typical for the Parisian Haussmann style, this mixed-use development has commercial space on the ground floor below condos on the higher levels. The façade transitions from an articulated stone pattern for the commercial level to smooth for the storeys above to emphasize the different usage of each level of the building that contribute to the lively village 4^th Avenue streetscape.

The commercial space was designed to specifically suit retail, while the condos have features that make them liveable, like Juliet balconies, French double windows, and a roof top deck.
