The four-storey industrial and office building in Mount Pleasant with a communal roof deck features a blend of traditional and industrial architectural styles. The massing has been stepped back, allowing for a semi-private roof deck for the first level of office units. A projecting sawtooth expression of the East façade encourages access to views. Gridded windows and industrial metal canopies decorate the facades, while steel cable lattices climb the exterior walls to allow for vegetation and greenery.
The rooftop terrace is defined by planted areas and organized seating, integrating greenery with the building’s stepped form and offering expansive views of the surrounding city and mountains.
