This restoration showcases a sensitive conversion of a character home into four contemporary dwellings, with a new infill residence at the rear. Formwerks retained the original façade, roof form, and key exterior details of the pre-1940 home while designing additions that remain subordinate to the existing structure.

Carefully placed bay windows, balconies, and entrance canopies enhance both functionality and streetscape presence.

The design uses stucco wall cladding, wood window trims, and composite asphalt shingles to complement the historic character. Roof forms and materials were selected to respect the heritage aesthetic while maintaining the charm of the surrounding neighbourhood.
