1500 West 37th Avenue, Vancouver
Architecture, Landscape, Interior Design
Reinvigorated from a 1928 Georgian residence, this classic home saw new life with formal stonework, shuttered windows, and brick chimneys. Notably, its additions blend seamlessly.
A grand entrance was created by way of a formal oval lawn that draws attention to the symmetrical architectural façade and porte-cochere. An existing lush rhododendron garden was rejuvenated with new planting concept that add texture and colour along the classically designed herringbone driveway pavers to the side and backyard.
