For these seven homes in the Dunbar neighbourhood, the existing heritage building “Logan House” was relocated and revived, while preserving its memorable character; three units were created within the historic building.
Four additional single-family residences accompany the heritage building on the grounds, offering mountain and city views. Each of these infill houses was given its own character, while classic details like the brick chimney, muntin windows, and white trim are recognized and repeated, tying together Logan House and the infills and creating a concise collection of homes in this longstanding residential neighbourhood.
